Benjamin 的專業範圍遍及專利申請的所有面向。他的業務也涉及專利法律意見書、稽核研究以及專利申請協助，包括專利侵犯與專利無效的研究。

Benjamin 的機械背景包括 15 年的豐富工程經驗，為電視調諧器、有線電視發射器、助聽器以及手機之類的商業應用設計類比、無線射頻 (RF) 與混合訊號積體電路。此外，他也名列六項專利的發明人。

Benjamin 也曾是三家風險創投新公司之初步設計團隊的成員，而對於步調快速、成長迅速之公司，必須保護智慧財產的重要性，他對此有著第一手的親身體驗。Benjamin 的工程設計經驗，以及他為自己的發明而與外界律師共同合作的經驗，使得他能獨特地理解到，從事於挑戰性技術領域之發明人的需求。

教育背景

Benjamin 於 1991 年以最優等成績，畢業於加州州立工技大學波莫那分校 (Cal Poly, Pomona) 的電機工程系，並於 2008 年於南美以美大學法學院以優等成績畢業。

Benjamin 是德州律師協會的會員，並擁有美國專利商標局的註冊專利律師執業資格。他同時也是達拉斯律師協會以及電機電子工程師協會 (IEEE) 的會員。
