BIOGRAPHY

Natalie Swider bases her practice on both litigation and intellectual property prosecution. She focuses on the preparation, prosecution and maintenance of trademarks in her intellectual property prosecution practice, and, in her litigation practice, she focuses on bringing and defending various types of cases including patent infringement, copyright infringement, and other commercial matters. Natalie is also experienced in conducting patent validity searches and preparing invalidity and non-infringement opinion letters.

Natalie has experienced every facet of providing intellectual property services. After joining the field as a Legal Assistant, she attended Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law while working full-time as an Intellectual Property Paralegal to earn her law degree. As a result, Natalie brings considerable practical experience as well as a unique personal experience to her practice of law. These allow Natalie to be particularly sensitive to the concerns of clients when dealing with litigation and preserving and protecting their rights.

EDUCATION

Natalie graduated with honors from Texas A&M University-Commerce, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000. She graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law in 2009.

MEMBERSHIPS

Natalie is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the American Bar Association.
