BIOGRAPHY
Landon Wiebusch is an Intellectual Property Attorney who helps his clients obtain patents in the electrical and mechanical arts. Landon has prepared and prosecuted patent applications directed at various areas of technology, including telecommunication, semiconductor, oilfield tooling, medical imaging, and manufacturing technologies. In particular, Landon's extensive telecommunication experience has allowed him to become well versed in the various wireless and wireline communication protocols, as well as the service provider equipment and consumer devices that utilize those protocols. In addition to patent preparation and prosecution, Landon provides a variety of other IP services to his clients, such as drafting validity and non-infringement opinions and counseling clients on licensing-related issues.
EDUCATION
Landon received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2009 and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University in 2006. While studying Electrical Engineering at Texas Tech, Landon was admitted as a member of Eta Kappa Nu.
MEMBERSHIPS
Landon was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2009, and became registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2010. Landon is a member of the institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association (AIPLA), and the Dallas Bar Association.
